FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. How much does it cost? Wrap cost depends on multiple factors such as design time, the amount of coverage you are wanting on your vehicle, the intensity of the wrap, and the type of vinyl being used.

  2. How long does the process take? The longest part of the process is dedicated to designing the graphic and getting approval for install. Quick response to emails, direction to your vision, and quality input can speed up this portion tremendously. We can typically have a proof sent to you in 1-3 days of the initial meeting. After you give us the go-ahead, we enter the stages of production. The graphics are print on our high quality wide format printer, it’s laminated to protect from abrasions and UV rays that can cause the graphics to fade over time. Lastly, we install the graphics. This will take between 1-3 days depending on the coverage, intensity of the install, and scheduling.

  3. How long will you need my vehicle for installation? Installation takes between 1-3 days depending on coverage. We are flexible and try to minimize the downtime of your vehicle. Our goal is to get it back to you as soon as possible.

  4. Can you design the graphics for my vehicle? Yes! We have 3 in-house designers that are fully capable of designing logos and graphics from scratch. Design is our strength here at LLO. Our customers usually have high resolution logos, photos, and other supporting images to help communicate their vision. From there our designers send you layouts of what the wrap will look like on your vehicle, and we make edits until you’re fully satisfied with how it is going to turn out.

  5. Will the graphics damage my paint? In most cases the graphics will not damage your paint, it will actually protect it from minor scratches, sun damage, and small rock chips. Unless there is previous damage or the car has been repainted, the original paint job will be in the same condition before it was covered when the wrap is removed years later.

  6. How long do they last? When properly cared for, wraps can last up to 5-7 years.

  7. Can it be removed later? Absolutely. The wrap is applied using heat and pressure-sensitive adhesives that can be reactivated and removed by our installers. The removal process is short and does not damage the paint on your vehicle. We recommend our installers remove the wrap within its lifespan of 5-7 years.

  8. How do I care for my wrap? Can I take it through the car wash? Can I pressure wash my wrap? In short, we recommend hand washing your wrap. Pressure washers and the brushes used in car washes can damage your wrap in a number of ways. It can cause peeling, bubbling, and can allow water to get under the vinyl causing it to not stick. If you have window perf, do not use a window scraper. We recommend using a broom to sweep any snow or debris to prevent damage or lifting.

  9. Can you wrap a fiberglass bumper? Yes, we can wrap a fiberglass or plastic bumper. DISCLAIMER: It is not likely to last as long as the rest of the wrap.
