FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the minimum quantity for embroidery? If we have never sewn out the design before we require a minimum of 12 hats or 12 flats, they cannot be combined to meet the minimum. Hats and flats require a different set up in regards to the DST file. If we have already sewn out the design we do not require a minimum quantity.
How is custom embroidery charged? Custom embroidery designs are charged out by quantity of items and stitch count of each location. The higher the quantity - the cheaper it gets.
When can I expect my products to be finished? We send you proofs and examples of sew outs via email so you know what you are getting before we produce anything. After written confirmation in an email you can expect your embroidery to be done within 7 – 10 business days!
What if I need my items embroidered ASAP? We are more than happy to bump you to the front of our production line, but there are rush fees.
Why is there a digitizing fee? We charge a digitization fee to transition the artwork you have sent us into the appropriate DST file that is compatible with our machines. This also allows us the ability to run test sew outs to perfect your design until we have your full approval. Depending on the intensity of your logo it will either be $15 or $50 per logo.
What all can you embroider on? To date we have successfully embroidered on polos, button ups, structured/unstructured hats, backpacks, tote bags, golf bags, etc. If there is any question whether we’ll be able to sew through anything please bring it by so one of our embroidery experts can take a look at it! You’ll have an immediate answer.
What types of patches do you offer? We currently offer Embroidered, Woven, Sublimated, Photo-Over and Leather Patches. All patches have a minimum of 50, except for Leather which has a minimum of 100 pieces.
